Our privacy commitment

Provider may collect names, contact details, addresses, property access instructions, service notes and payment status solely to quote, schedule, deliver and document services. Access instructions must be shared and stored securely; do not include card numbers, passwords or sensitive IDs in routine intake forms. Only authorized personnel may access client information. We do not disclose client details, photographs or keys except with consent, for service needs or when required by law. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for business, tax and legal obligations, then disposed of securely. Suspected unauthorized access is reported promptly and handled under applicable notification law.
