Residential Cleaning Service Agreement
Review the terms below and sign to confirm your residential cleaning service.
Scope and price
Provider will perform services listed in the attached estimate/checklist. Extra services or unusually heavy soil require Client approval and may increase price. Prices shown in advertising are starting estimates, not binding quotes.
Access and safety
Client provides safe access, working water/electricity, reasonable clear work areas, and discloses hazards, pets and delicate surfaces. Provider may decline unsafe work, including biohazards, infestations, hazardous chemicals or dangerous conditions, with notice.
Payment and cancellation
Full payment is due upon completion of the agreed cleaning and receipt of invoice. No cancellation fee is charged unless clearly disclosed and accepted beforehand.
Inspection, damage and limits
Client should report service concerns or suspected damage promptly, preferably within 48 hours, with photos when possible. Provider will review and address verified issues reasonably. Provider is not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration not caused by Provider. Neither party excludes liability for gross negligence, intentional wrongdoing, or other non-waivable obligations.
Other terms
Changes must be agreed in writing (email/text acceptable if documented). North Carolina law governs. Provider does not guarantee stain removal or restoration of pre-existing damage.
